I bought a BMW 318i in May this year from sunniside garage the salesman told me it was his wife's ex cars and had I been well looked after ,had a few teething problems in the beginning back to the garage with the car a few times to try and get things sorted out after having the car just over 4months an engine noise developed took it back to the garage to see if they could help (as warranty had just ran out ) even the mechanic said I shouldn't really drive the car , got the usual story from the salesman (didn't want to know) took it to BMW dealers who checked it out only to be told it needs a new engine after only 74000 miles at a cost of £3000 not from BMW but elsewhere where is the after sales care "I wonder "still waiting for a call back from Tony about the car ,is this the garage who really cares or couldn't careless once a sales done absolutely disgusted.

The owners and staff at Sunniside are very professional, friendly and helpful. We bought an Audi A4 in excellent condition for a good price. The only reason I am not giving the full 5 stars is because we had some niggles with the car that should have been sorted prior to sale, but fair play to Sunniside as they sorted them without fuss upon return of the car. Also the inside of the boot had some leaves / twigs so I doubt that the car was completely valeted prior to sale. Only minor negatives. Overall an excellent garage and would definitely recommend.

Second car we've bought from this garage, from two different sales people, and service was first class both times. Feels like a well run family business where the customer service is their priority. First time around we had a small problem which was resolved in 24 hours so know they are responsive which is why we returned, as well as a good selection of cars in varying prices.
