We came to Sunniside Car sales looking for a small reliable car. After a look around we were met by the owner who was extremely pleasant and listened to our needs without being pushy at all. He answered all our questions about our preferred choice and offered us a test drive without hesitation.He even advised of a route which would enable us to see the full potential of the car. After taking a wrong turn and being out slightly longer than expected, he wasn't fazed at all on our late return! The car was cleaned, serviced and MOT'd and ready to collect within 2 days. A really pleasant experience and one of the least stressful car purchases we've ever had, We were treated as though we were buying a brand new car and not a used one. We'd be more than happy to use this garage again and have no hesitation in recommending this garage to anyone, Great customer service, and true committment to their buyers. I saw a VW Polo which I liked the look of. I looked up the details on the Internet and was so taken with the vehicle that I went to the garage the next day. ( Bank holiday Monday ). I was seen by Anthony a member of staff who let me inspect the car without and fuss. I took the vehicle for a test drive obviously with Anthony as rear seat passenger and he answered all my questions honestly. There was non of the usual main dealer spin or pressure. I paid a deposit which I was told would be refundable if the purchase did not go ahead again not like the usual dealers where the deposit is lost if the car is not bought. I bought the car and collected it today, full service done and polished throughout. I found the staff very helpful and not pushy in any way. I will certainly recommend to friends, colleagues, and relatives.
